LOCAL TALENT: PICNIC IN THE PARK & THE GAS

It was a pleasant early evening as I arrived with my camera in hand at the Ifield Cricket Club.

First I met a bunch of friends then headed for the stage inside.

I came across what I think is the best band I've ever heard in Crawley. An awesome night as you will see from the following video series. The Band is - THE GAS, a local group headed by Will G - I'm definitely a fan and will be looking at any opportunity to see them live.

I first came across Will at The Swan Open Mic and got chatting about music. I had a lot of fun making this video and look forward to collaborating with these guys in the future.

I'm due to start performing solo slots & the next rehearsal with a backing group is June 27th. I will be sharing some entertaining clips from our sessions & introducing you to the band soon.
