VLOG #30: RedEyeZack & Friends - Fukushima Dolphin (East Street, Brighton)
Updated: Jun 25, 2022
Hi Guys,
I was amazed to find these guys performing down the street from where I was. I had been busking on a great corner and had a few fivers thrown into my guitar bag. A guy came over and was selling the big issue. He told me it was his spot. I bought a copy & agreed to come back after a few hours.
Fukushima Dolphin started playing & I found the sound carried to where I was. Instead of packing up - I started jamming lead guitar to their instrumental tracks & then went over to film them near the shops, cafes, art sellers and hair-braiders on East Street.
Amazing sound & groove. Unfortunately the guys had to pack up after 30 minutes as a shop said they were too loud. I thought it was quite laid back & chillout myself.
Anyway, I'm a fan of these guys. Support them by following or help fund their next EP:

Later I went down to the seafront & met a lovely elderly couple whose son ran the Fish & Dip shop around Madeira Drive (opposite Volks Railway). Greg is a big Bowie fan and also plays guitar.
