Diverse Crawley, Crawley Museum, Andrew Williams, Fatima Moseley..

A few months ago a friend of mine invited me to Fatima's lunch party and I was introduced to Marilyn Lefeuvre, organiser of Diverse Crawley. I told her that I'd been rehearsing with a soul-singer - Andrew Williams. She immediately invited us to perform without having heard us.

It was a delightful lunch with a wide range of exotic foods (Checkout cultural kitchen recipes). The expectation of another food fest was enough for me to accept the invitation.

The highlight of the event

As you can see from the footage, a good time was had by all! Marilyn later told me that our music was the highlight of the event! I think it was the food fest afterwards... including veggie samosas :). Present also was The High Sheriff of West Sussex, Mr. James Whitmore & Mrs. Whitmore, as well as Henry Smith MP, who visited our Crawley Diverse Museum Exhibition Launch. >More content here on Facebook Page .

A wonderful event, both informative & entertaining. Do check out the exhibition at Crawley Museum. You'll be surprised that Crawley is much more diverse than other cities in the UK.

I'll be running my Guitar Hub & Jam Session Hub from The Crawley Museum on Saturday mornings 11-12. Do drop in to one of our workshops.
